Portman Towers development
Basement redevelopment in Primrose Hill
A dark basement conversion to house the kitchen diner and create a cinema space for the kids.
To get the light into the basement, a glazed extension was created by craning the glass over the top of the townhouse. A bespoke kitchen was installed and the darkest part of the basement was utilised as a cinema space allowing the whole family to enjoy the new floor.
Tanking the whole area and creating a wine store in the vaults under the pavement meant this house was ready for everything.
